… vs 15 … I AM … the LORD ( YHVH ) your God … the LORD ( YHVH ) Almighty is My Name … I stir up the sea so that its waves roar … 

… vs 16 … I have put My Words in Your mouth and covered You with the shadow of My hand … it is … I Who set the heavens in place … I Who laid the foundations of the earth … and … I Who says to Zion … you are My people …
