 … vs 9 … rejoice greatly daughters of Zion and Jerusalem … shout aloud … for … your King comes to you … having salvation … triumphant and victorious is He … humble and riding on a donkey … riding on a colt the foal of a donkey …

Jonah chapter 1, vs 4 - 9

… vs 4 … the LORD ( YHVH ) brought a great wind upon the sea … a mighty storm … and … the ship threatened to break up …

… vs 5 … the mariners were afraid and each cried out to his god … they threw the ship’s cargo into the sea to lighten the ship … meanwhile Jonah went down into the hold of the ship … lay down … and was fast asleep …

… vs 6 … the captain came to Jonah ad said … why are you sound asleep … get up and call on your god to spare us so we will not perish …

1:4 ויהוה הטיל רוח-גדולה אל-הים ויהי סער-גדול בים והאניה חשבה להשבר

1:5 וייראו המלחים ויזעקו איש אל-אלהיו ויטלו את-הכלים אשר באניה אל-הים להקל מעליהם ויונה ירד אל-ירכתי הספינה וישכב וירדם

1:6 ויקרב אליו רב החבל ויאמר לו מה-לך נרדם קום קרא אל-אלהיך אולי יתעשת האלהים לנו ולא נאבד

1:7 ויאמרו איש אל-רעהו לכו ונפילה גורלות ונדעה בשלמי הרעה הזאת לנו ויפלו גורלות ויפל הגורל על-יונה

1:8 ויאמרו אליו הגידה-נא לנו באשר למי-הרעה הזאת לנו מה-מלאכתך ומאין תבוא מה ארצך ואי-מזה עם אתה

… vs 5 … thus says the LORD ( YHVH ) God … I have set Jerusalem in the center of all peoples with countries all around her … and … vs 6 … My people have rebelled against and rejected My teaching … they have become more wicked than the peoples and counties around them … vs 7 … therefore … says the LORD ( YHVH ) God … you are more perverse than all these peoples around you and you have not followed My teaching … you act according to the teaching of those peoples that surround you … so …  vs 8 … thus says the LORD ( YHVH ) God … I Myself … I AM … coming against you … and … I will execute judgment of you in the sight of these peoples … vs 9 … because of your abominations I will do to you what I have never done … the likes of which I will never do again … for … vs 10 … parents will eat their children in your midst and children will eat their parents … I will execute these judgments on you and any of you who survive I will scatter to the wind … vs 11 … as I live says the LORD ( YHVH ) God … because you defiled My sanctuary with your detestable things and your abominations … I will cut you down and I eye will not spare … I will have no pity … vs 12 … one-third of you will die of pestilence or be consumed by famine … one-third of you will fall by the sword … and … one-third of you I will scatter to every wind and an unsheathed sword will follow you …

5:5 כה אמר אדני יהוה זאת ירושלם בתוך הגוים שמתיה וסביבותיה ארצות

5:6 ותמר את-משפטי לרשעה מן-הגוים ואת-חקותי מן-הארצות אשר סביבותיה כי במשפטי מאסו וחקותי לא-הלכו בהם

5:7 לכן כה-אמר אדני יהוה יען המנכם מן-הגוים אשר סביבותיכם בחקותי לא הלכתם ואת-משפטי לא עשיתם וכמשפטי הגוים אשר סביבותיכם לא עשיתם

5:8 לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה הנני עליך גם-אני ועשיתי בתוכך משפטים לעיני הגוים

5:9 ועשיתי בך את אשר לא-עשיתי ואת אשר-לא-אעשה כמהו עוד יען כל-תועבתיך

5:10 לכן אבות יאכלו בנים בתוכך ובנים יאכלו אבותם ועשיתי בך שפטים וזריתי את-כל-שאריתך לכל-רוח

Ezekiel chapter 11, vs 16 - 20            God speaking

… vs 16 … thus says the LORD ( YHVH ) God … though I removed My people far away among many peoples … though I scattered them among many countries … I have been a sanctuary to them for the little while they have been gone in those countries … vs 17 … therefore … the LORD ( YHVH ) God says … I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered … and … I will again give you the land of Israel … when they come to Israel they will remove from it all its detestable things and all of its abominations … I will give them … one heart … I will put a new spirit within them … I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh … so that … they will follow my teaching … they will be My people and I will be their God … 

11:16 לכן אמר כה-אמר אדני יהוה כי הרחקתים בגוים וכי הפיצותים בארצות ואהי להם למקדש מעט בארצות אשר-באו שם

11:17 לכן אמר כה-אמר אדני יהוה וקבצתי אתכם מן-העמים ואספתי אתכם מן-הארצות אשר נפצותם בהם ונתתי לכם את-אדמת ישראל

11:18 ובאו-שמה והסירו את-כל-שקוציה ואת-כל-תועבותיה ממנה

11:19 ונתתי להם לב אחד ורוח חדשה אתן בקרבכם והסרתי לב האבן מבשרם ונתתי להם לב בשר

Zechariah chapter 10, vs 6 - 12 God speaking

 … vs 6 … I will strengthen the house of Judah and I will save the house of Joseph … I will have compassion on them ... and ... I will bring them back as though I had not rejected them … I AM … the LORD ( YHVH ) their God and I will answer them … vs 7 … the people of Ephraim will be like warriors and their hearts will be glad as with wind … their children will see and rejoice for their hearts will exult in the LORD ( YHVH ) … vs 8 … I will call to them and gather them for I have redeemed them … they will be as numerous as they were before … and … vs 9 … though I scattered them among many peoples and countries they remembered Me … they will return and rear their children … vs 10 … I will bring them home from countries near and far until there is no room for them … and … vs 11 … though they have passed through a sea of distress the waves did not strike them down … I have dried up the depths and laid low the pride of their enemies … the power of their enemies will depart … vs 12 … I will make them strong in the LORD ( YHVH ) ... and ... they will walk in My Name … says the LORD ( YHVH ) …  

10:6 וגברתי את-בית יהודה ואת-בית יוסף אושיע והושבותים כי רחמתים והיו כאשר לא-זנחתים כי אני יהוה אלהיהם ואענם

10:7 והיו כגבור אפרים ושמח לבם כמו-יין ובניהם יראו ושמחו יגל לבם ביהוה

10:8 אשרקה להם ואקבצם כי פדיתים ורבו כמו רבו

49:8 כה אמר יהוה בעת רצון עניתיך וביום ישועה עזרתיך ואצרך ואתנך לברית עם להקים ארץ להנחיל נחלות שממות

Isaiah chapter 66, vs 8

… who has ever heard of such a thing … who has ever seen such a thing … can a nation be born in one day … can a nation be delivered in one moment … yes … as soon as Zion was in labor she delivered her children …

… the LORD ( YHVH ) is near to all who call on Him in truth … He fulfils the desires of those who have reverence for Him … He hears their cry … He saves them … the LORD ( YHVH ) watches over everyone who love Him … but … the wicked He will destroy … with my mouth I will speak praise of the LORD ( YHVH ) … everyone will bless His Holy Name forever and ever …
