A Refutation of the Objections Commonly Urged in Support of Free Will
This is a very long winded chapter by Calvin. But it can be boiled down to a couple key concepts.
Our salvation is not due to anything that we do. We are saved solely through the grace and love of God.
A quote by St. Augustine in this chapter summarizes this as "there is no good will in man, unless it be prepared by the Lord..."
