Isaiah chapter 11, vs 1 - 12 … a shoot will come up from the stum of Jesse … from His roots a Branch will bear fruit … the Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him … and … also … the Spirits of … Wisdom … Understanding … Counsel … Might … Knowledge … and … Reverence for the LORD ( YHVH ) … He will not judge what He sees with His eyes … or … decide by what He hears with His ears … He will judge the needy with … righteousness … and … justice … righteousness will be His belt … and … faithfulness will be the sash around His waist … all … will be filled with the knowledge of the LORD ( YHVH ) as the waters cover the sea … on that day … the root of Jesse will stand as a signal to all peoples … nations will inquire of Him … and … His dwelling place will be glorious … on that day … the LORD ( YHVH ) will extend His hand a second time to recover the remnant of His people … He will raise a signal for the nations … He will assemble Israel and gather Judah from the four corners of the earth ...     

 11:1 ויצא חטר מגזע ישי ונצר משרשיו יפרה

11:2 ונחה עליו רוח יהוה רוח חכמה ובינה רוח עצה וגבורה רוח דעת ויראת יהוה

11:3 והריחו ביראת יהוה ולא-למראה עיניו ישפוט ולא-למשמע אזניו יוכיח

11:4 ושפט בצדק דלים והוכיח במישור לענוי-ארץ והכה-ארץ בשבט פיו וברוח שפתיו ימית רשע

11:5 והיה צדק אזור מתניו והאמונה אזור חלציו

11:6 וגר זאב עם-כבש ונמר עם-גדי ירבץ ועגל וכפיר ומריא יחדו ונער קטן נהג בם

11:7 ופרה ודב תרעינה יחדו ירבצו ילדיהן ואריה כבקר יאכל-תבן

11:8 ושעשע יונק על-חר פתן ועל מאורת צפעוני גמול ידו הדה

11:9 לא-ירעו ולא-ישחיתו בכל-הר קדשי כי-מלאה הארץ דעה את-יהוה כמים לים מכסים

11:10 והיה ביום ההוא שרש ישי אשר עמד לנס עמים אליו גוים ידרשו והיתה מנחתו כבוד

11:11 והיה ביום ההוא יוסיף אדני שנית ידו לקנות את-שאר עמו אשר ישאר מאשור וממצרים ומפתרוס ומכוש ומעילם ומשנער ומחמת ומאיי הים

11:12 ונשא נס לגוים ואסף נדחי ישראל ונפצות יהודה יקבץ מארבע כנפות הארץ
