1 John chapter 4, vs 15 - 19

… vs 15 … God abides in everyone who confesses that Jesus Christ is the Son of God … and … they abide in God … 

כָּל־הַמּוֹדֶה כִּי יֵשׁוּעַ הוּא בֶן־הָאֱלהִים הָאֱלהִים שׁכֵן בּוֹ וְהוּא בֵּאלהִים

… vs 16 … we know and believe the love that God has for us … God is love … and … everyone who abides in love abides in God … and … God abides in them …

וַאֲנַחְנוּ יָדַעְנוּ וַנַּאֲמֵן בָּאַהֲבָה אֲשֶׁר אֱלהִים אָהַב אתָנוּ הָאֱלהִים הוּא אַהֲבָה וְהָעמֵד בָּאַהֲבָה עמֵד בֵּאלהִים וְהָאֱלהִים עמֵד בּוֹ

… vs 17 … love is perfected among us so that we will have boldness on the day of judgement … because … as He is ... so also ... are we in this world … 

וּבָזאת נִשְׁלְמָה־בָּנוּ הָאַהֲבָה בִּהְיוֹת לָנוּ פִּתְחוֹן פֶּה לְיוֹם הַדִּין כִּי כָמהוּ כֵּן גַּם־אֲנַחְנוּ בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה

… vs 18 … there is no fear in love … for … perfect love casts out fear … because … fear has to do with punishment … whoever fears has not reached perfection in love …

אֵין פַּחַד לָאַהֲבָה כִּי הָאַהֲבָה הַשְּׁלֵמָה תְּגָרֵשׁ אֶת־הַפָּחַד כִּי הַפַּחַד הוּא פַחַד מִן־הָענֶשׁ וְהַמְפַחֵד אֵינֶנּוּ שָׁלֵם בָּאַהֲבָה

… vs 19 … we love because He first loved us …                                                                         

אֲנַחְנוּ אהֲבִים אתוֹ כִּי הוּא קִדֵּם לְאַהֲבָה אתָנוּ
