 Malachi chapter 3, vs 16 - 17  

   ... those who have ... Reverence for the LORD ( YHVH ) ... speak often with one another ... the LORD ( YHVH ) heeds and hears them ... a book of remembrance is written before Him of everyone who has ... Reverence for the LORD ( YHVH ) ... and ... who think on His Name ... they are Mine says the LORD ( YHVH ) ... they are My special possession ... 

3:16 אז נדברו יראי יהוה איש את-רעהו ויקשב יהוה וישמע ויכתב ספר זכרון לפניו ליראי יהוה ולחשבי שמו

3:17 והיו לי אמר יהוה צבאות ליום אשר אני עשה סגלה וחמלתי עליהם כאשר יחמל איש על-בנו העבד אתו
