Isaiah chapter 45, vs 8 - 12 God speaking

… vs 8 … drop down from above O heavens … let the skies drip down righteousness … let the earth open so that salvation will spring up to cause righteousness to sprout up … for … I the LORD ( YHVH ) have created it … vs 9 … woe to you who strive with your Maker like earthen vessels who argue with the potter … does clay say to the One who fashions it … what are you making … or … your work has no handles … vs 10 … woe to anyone who says to their father … what are you begetting … or … to their mother … with what are you in labor … vs 11 … thus says the LORD ( YHVH ) … the Holy One of Israel … its Maker … will you question Me about My children … or … command Me concerning the work of My hands … I made the earth … I created humankind upon it … it is My hands that stretched out the heavens … and … it is I who ordered all their hosts …

45:8 הרעיפו שמים ממעל ושחקים יזלו-צדק תפתח-ארץ ויפרו-ישע וצדקה תצמיח יחד אני יהוה בראתיו

45:9 הוי רב את-יצרו חרש את-חרשי אדמה היאמר חמר ליצרו מה-תעשה ופעלך אין-ידים לו

45:10 הוי אמר לאב מה-תוליד ולאשה מה-תחילין

45:11 כה-אמר יהוה קדוש ישראל ויצרו האתיות שאלוני על-בני ועל-פעל ידי תצוני

45:12 אנכי עשיתי ארץ ואדם עליה בראתי אני ידי נטו שמים וכל-צבאם צויתי

Joel chapter 3, vs 17 - 18

… know … I the LORD ( YHVH ) your God … dwell in Zion My holy mountain … Jerusalem is holy … and … a time is coming when strangers will never pass through it again … on that day … the mountains will drip sweet wine and the hills will flow with milk … the stream beds of Judah will flow with water and a fountain will come forth from the house of the LORD ( YHVH ) … 

3:17 וידעתם כי אני יהוה אלהיכם שכן בציון הר-קדשי והיתה ירושלם קדש וזרים לא-יעברו-בה עוד

3:18 והיה ביום ההוא יטפו ההרים עסיס והגבעות תלכנה חלב וכל-אפיקי יהודה ילכו מים ומעין מבית יהוה יצא והשקה את-נחל השטים
