… so … nigh is an interesting word that is somewhat an old English adjective adverb or preposition that is not used too much currently … in our analysis … the best literal meaning is … almost there … or if you prefer … close to … in … distance … or … time … or … relationship … our personal preference is … close to … so … we find that as Christians … we are nigh to God in relationship through Jesus Christ … we are nigh to heaven for everlasting life with God forever … and … we are nigh to the rapture of the Righteous for whom redemption has been purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross …
